We're just in from a really nice evening in IJmuiden.
We didn't get up too early this morning - but at lunch time we had a very positive meeting with Simon Mol (media promoter) and Rob Ebbers (from the record company here) regarding the new album, 'In Tomorrow'. There's quite a lot going on and we'll be doing a lot of radio work, but we still don't have the album, it will be ready on Monday and we should have it by the end of the week.
They left at 3pm and we set off for the concert. It's the third time we've played this theatre in 3 years and it was like being at home. They gave us a family welcome and so did the audience. It's a great place and it was completely sold out.
Several friends turned up including Roel and Roswiet, Fini and Little G, Paul and Karen - to name but a few. It was wonderful to see them as we haven't seen each other for some time and it was also good to catch up on all their news.
The concert was fun and I thought we were reasonably on the case - in other words we enjoyed it very much. It was sad to leave but we certainly didn't rush to get out of the place - we were enjoying it too much!!
